Recovery happens through connection, consistency, and community. This role supports individuals in critical stages of addiction recovery through a collaborative, team-based approach focused on helping clients stabilize, rebuild, and move forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for individuals in addiction recovery
• Facilitate evidence-based groups, including relapse prevention and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning
• Support clients through early recovery and high-risk transitions

Work alongside case managers, peer support specialists, and supervisors in a collaborative environment that promotes clinical support and shared success.

In-Person Client Engagement


Provide direct, face-to-face therapeutic services to individuals in recovery through individual counseling, group facilitation, and crisis stabilization.

Clinical Support

• Manageable caseload expectations
• Dedicated time for documentation and case consultation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or license-eligible (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, LPCA)
• Experience or interest in addiction recovery preferred
