Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $176,300.00 based on geographic region Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global provider of electrical solutions Flexible remote work option with travel up to 50% Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement Commitment to community engagement and philanthropic activities through the employer’s matching program Dynamic work environment emphasizing innovation, integrity, and customer focus What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S. Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with execution capabilities Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities Deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that highlight the value proposition of the employer's solutions What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Experience in aligning rep agency performance with company objectives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
