Compensation & Benefits Rate Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hr (DOE) plus health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching Note: The actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and other factors. This range reflects a W2 hourly rate. Other employment options may offer different pay structures. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of professional design experience At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) At least 1 year working with prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD At least 1 year of experience using Canva Bachelor’s degree or military experience Experience in UX/UI or wireframing Experience in marketing areas such as Talent Marketing, B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response Experience in the financial services industry Please verify the authenticity of any outreach regarding this position.
