As a Customer Service Associate in our Huntington Beach location, you will join a premier organization that is passionate about delivering the highest quality service to our customers. You will be tasked with order entry, researching orders/shipments, answering email and other correspondence, and providing sales support where needed. We are looking for bright and energetic individuals who are interested in long-range career growth. A Day in the Life: Answer inbound phone calls. Exercise independent judgment while answering inbound calls and responding to emails Respond to inquiries from a wide variety of sources (i.e. other team members, vendors, e-commerce, etc.) and provide information in a timely manner Process and fulfill orders customer orders Process returns Resolve customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions utilizing common and alternative sources of information Consult with other associates to locate the most effective sources of information Build customer relationships via exceptional levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation Support outside sales representatives in various store activities Assist sales team with back-end order closing, quote follow up, PO confirmations, etc. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required Be a brand ambassador for AITS Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skills, and/or ability. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty in a satisfactory manner and work in a team environment: A high school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years customer service experience Professional demeanor, vibrant personality, and the ability to instill trust in prospects and customers Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently within a team environment and strives to be the best Ability to sustain a self-motivated, consistent high level of focus and enthusiasm on a daily basis Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly through email, telephone, and in-person Proficiency in writing effective correspondence Microsoft Office (Esp.
