Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas

• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and resident meal choices

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special diets and meals

• Support residents with special dietary needs and preferences

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
