Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (MA-C / MA-R)

LOCATION: Seattle/Ravena, WA

SHIFT: M-F, Days

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) or someone eligible and interested in becoming a Registered Medical Assistant (MA-R) to support a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a modern outpatient setting. What You Will Do

• Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments.
• Obtain vital signs and assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Support physicians and clinical staff with patient care and treatment workflows.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
• Assist with daily clinic operations while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Work alongside experienced clinical professionals in a collaborative team-based setting.

What We Are Looking For

• Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C), or eligible and interested in obtaining Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) credentials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Flexibility to provide coverage at multiple clinic locations within the greater Seattle area when needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
