Inventory Controller II

Automation Personnel, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Inventory Controller II to join our customer’s growing team in Baytown, TX ! If you're passionate about packaging supply, storage and distribution functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Inventory Controller II Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct management of stocks, physically in the warehouse and in the software.
- Perform cycle counts on a monthly basis and be able to resolve any discrepancies.
- Experience in organizing a warehouse and keeping track of stock.
- Quality control: Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return, and defective items
- Warehouse audits: Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly.
- Loss prevention: Implement a loss prevention program
Inventory Controller II Qualifications and Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic Math Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experienced with Cycle Counting
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs. (lifting assessment administered in office)
