Quick Facts:

• Location: Santa Rosa, CA (500 Doyle Park Drive)
• Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable
• End Date/Duration: Permanent placement
• Shift: Clinic hours, weekday onsite (7am-5pm), call 7-10 days/month, beeper call
• Hours/week: 40+ hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• License/Certs: California Medical License (or willing to obtain)
• Experience: BC or BE in Urology, within 3 years of training preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay package: Discussed upon application
• Additional information: Up to $40,000 placement fee; competitive pay and benefits

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert urologic care focused on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnosis, and develop treatment plans
• Manage complex cases related to pelvic floor disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Participate in call and hospital consultation as needed
• Support patient education and post-procedure follow-up

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Interest or experience in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in pelvic floor reconstruction procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
