The Value of Working with Us Full-time 0.9 FTE Schedule: Three 12-hr shifts per week (7am-7pm) On-Call: Seven shifts per month (7pm-7am) Additional call hours available Primary focus is on assisting on-call Trauma Surgeons in the OR, ICU and trauma bay Minimum 1 year of experience required OR 1 st assist for a large variety of cases (General, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Neuro) Level II trauma center Collegial and supportive culture Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $180,345 and $224,607 per year Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package including a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits (paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, health issues), voluntary benefits, well-being resources and much more The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
