3rd Shift - 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate to support continuous production activities through material dispensing and in-process product inspection. The role is responsible for ensuring materials and components are accurately dispensed to the manufacturing line while maintaining proper identification, traceability, and documentation. The position will also perform visual inspection of products during manufacturing to identify defects and ensure compliance with established quality requirements. The successful candidate will work in accordance with SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and production schedules while supporting line startup, changeover, line clearance, reconciliation, and other manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Dispense required materials and components to assigned manufacturing lines and verify material identity, quantities, lot numbers, and other required information before use.
• Maintain a continuous supply of materials to prevent production interruptions.
• Complete required DHR documentation, production records, inspection records, and logbooks accurately and timely.
• Maintain material and product identification and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production line startup, changeover, and line clearance activities.
• Account for unused, rejected, and scrap materials as required and support material reconciliation activities.
• Perform continuous visual inspection of products during manufacturing according to established procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and segregate defective or nonconforming products.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and escalate defects, abnormalities, or recurring quality issues to the Lead Operator.
• Verify that the work area and required materials are ready before beginning a new production job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, quality concerns, and other production issues to the Lead Operator or appropriate personnel.
• Follow all applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and manufacturing practices.
• Provide ongoing production support and respond to manufacturing line needs throughout the assigned shift.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical training in manufacturing, life sciences, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, materials, quality, or inspection environment preferred.
• Ability to accurately identify materials, components, quantities, lot numbers, and product information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects through visual inspection.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation, DHRs, logbooks, and inspection records.
• Understanding of material and product traceability and reconciliation practices.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and established work instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple production requirements.
• Ability to communicate material discrepancies, quality issues, and production concerns clearly and promptly.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintain accuracy throughout the shift.
• Ability to support changing production priorities, line startups, changeovers, and other manufacturing activities.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and continuous production.
