Position Overview

We are actively seeking a compassionate and proficient Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dedicated team of imaging specialists. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including those for abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout every procedure, providing clarity and empathy as you guide them through the process
• Work alongside radiologists and other referring clinicians to ensure quality diagnostic imaging
• Manage and maintain imaging devices, ensuring timely reporting of any equipment issues
• Keep precise records of imaging procedures and uphold patient documentation within our electronic medical systems
• Stay informed on the latest developments in ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols

Education Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or similar field
• Preferred completion of a Sonography program accredited by CAAHEP

Certifications Required

• Ongoing certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is ideal
