A full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is now available for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to help set achievable communication goals
• Engaging in professional development and school-based initiatives as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Organized, flexible, and motivated to deliver high-quality services in person

This is a full year, in-person role located near Townsend, DE. The initial meeting with district representatives is scheduled for the morning of August 7th, providing an excellent opportunity to clarify expectations and start the year with confidence.
