PEMB Project Coordinator

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a PEMB Project Coordinator with a growing construction company in Columbus, OH. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing pre-engineered metal building projects from early sales through construction completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, architects, and internal teams. This position leads project quoting, proposal support, and preconstruction coordination while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and aligning design, scheduling, and project requirements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, oversee documentation, support material logistics, and resolve project challenges, ultimately ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations.
