In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.* **Innovative Projects:** KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.* **Collaborative Environment:** Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.* **Impactful Work:** Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.**Key Responsibilities:** • **Strategic Planning Experience:** Support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities • **Performance Management Experience:** Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics • **Enterprise Architecture Experience**: Have a foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture related to technical collection, and be able to communicate its relationship to the overall Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio • **Portfolio Experience:** Keep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments-related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture • **Strategic Foresight:** Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues. Make recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly • **Liaison:** Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns • **Collaboration:** Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives • **Communication:** Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences**Work Environment:*** **Location:** On-Site* **Travel Requirements:** Minimal 0-20%* **Working Hours:** Standard**Required Qualifications:** • **Clearance:** Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph • **Education:** BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain • **Writing:** Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills • **AI Experience:** Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence • **Data Integration:** Expert knowledge of Data integration complexities **• Analysis:** Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills • **Communication:** Provide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills • **Collaboration:** Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities • **Deliverables:** Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.) • **Architecture / Design:** Ability to support the architecture and design of AI Strategy, Implementation plans and policies**Desired Qualifications:** • **Education:** Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical • **Experience:** Broad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD • **Certifications:** AI certification**Basic Compensation:****$150,200 - $225,300****This range is for the Maryland area only**The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**Additional Compensation:**KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
