We are seeking an experienced Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of an IDD program in Southgate, MI. This position provides clinical and administrative supervision, supports staff and clients, and ensures compliance with program, funding, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
• Manage and respond to client and staff crisis situations.
• Review clinical documentation and provide guidance for improvement.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver, Children's Waiver, and other funding requirements.
• Monitor staff credentials, training, productivity, and documentation.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and individual supervision.
• Support case consultations and coordinate client services.
• Collaborate with program leadership, finance, and other departments.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Support Person-Centered Planning practices.
• Complete required reports, referrals, documentation, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Must hold one of the following active Michigan licenses:
• • LMSW
  • LLP
  • LPC
• Full Michigan licensure required; candidates without one of these licenses will not be considered.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents .
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental
