Come build what matters.ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling Supervisor oversees parts of the operation while driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. The role combines workforce leadership, operational accountability, and contract-aware supervision.Accurate application of the Ford-UAW National and Local Contracts, direct supervision/training of GSR 6 supervisors. Overall building organization and cleanliness, grievance resolution, supervision mentoring and willingness to work all shifts as required.Responsibilities include supervising, scheduling overtime and vacation, covering absent supervisors, maintaining records, resolving grievances, supporting environmental health and safety responsibilities, and coordinating suppliers.The position requires rotating hours, work between 6:00 AM and 1:30 AM, possible weekends, overtime, and dependable performance under pressure to meet dealer shipping deadlines.
