How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead daily operational workflows, creating a seamless and efficient environment that empowers the team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Optimize patient access by managing registration, scheduling, and billing processes to ensure timely care and a smooth experience from arrival to discharge.
• Bridge the gap between clinical and administrative teams, fostering collaborative relationships that ensure effective communication and shared operational success.
• Monitor critical performance metrics-including budget adherence, staffing levels, and regulatory compliance-to uphold the highest standards of safety and fiscal responsibility.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic goals, driving continuous improvement in both clinical outcomes and operational productivity.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,
    if applicable.
