Salesforce Technical Lead (Agentforce)

Role Overview: We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead CRM development and integration efforts. The role demands hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce implementations and leadership in architecture, design, and deployment. The candidate will split time between development and team coordination, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.
Experience: 8+ years overall, with 3+ years in Salesforce technical leadership and multiple Agentforce deployments in production.
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, Lightning, Web Services, API design, CI/CD strategy, team management, system testing, UAT, technical documentation.
Secondary Skills: Low-code/pro-code tools (Agentforce AI Assist, Agent Builder), performance testing, debugging, stakeholder communication, resource planning.
Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with large-scale system architecture, packaged/custom applications, cost-effective solutioning, collaboration with enterprise architecture and vendor teams.
