Salesforce Tech Lead

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Tech Lead will drive feature execution and delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing development process improvements and mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to execute and deliver Salesforce features Improve development processes and remove impediments to enhance team performance Contribute to coding and feature verifications to support release commitments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in software development, including leading a team Experience as a technical or team lead Working knowledge of unit testing, design patterns, and object-oriented software design Familiarity with Salesforce, Apex, and microservice architecture
