Implementation Specialist
This role supports dealership operations by driving the successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The Implementation Specialist partners closely with dealership teams to install, train, and optimize tools while providing ongoing coaching and support.
This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping teams succeed through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, training, and rollout of technology tools within dealership environments
- Guide teams through onboarding and ensure successful adoption and utilization
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned tools and systems
- Train dealership staff on system functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce usage and improve performance
- Tailor training approaches to different roles and experience levels
- Gather feedback from dealership teams and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze performance data and develop action plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support dealerships in overcoming adoption challenges and operational barriers
- Build strong partnerships with dealership personnel across all levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
- Serve as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success
- Plan and manage travel within assigned territory to maximize impact
- Utilize remote tools and data insights to support dealerships between visits
- Maintain organization and accountability across multiple locations
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of customer-facing, training, or coaching experience
- Experience in customer service, dealership operations, or related environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Comfortable working with technology, data, and performance metrics
- Ability to travel up to 80% (including overnight travel)
- Reliable transportation and residence within assigned territory
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (or in progress)
- Experience in training, teaching, or coaching roles
- Background in fast-paced, independent work environments
- Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
Work Environment
- Field-based role supporting multiple dealership locations
- Frequent travel required across assigned territory
- Combination of on-site dealership support and remote engagement
