Your Impact
In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing care, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient status, and communicate closely with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Experience with straight catheterizations, enteral feedings, and Baclofen pump management is required to ensure safe and effective patient care. You'll play a critical role in monitoring the patient's condition, identifying changes that may require intervention, and communicating updates to the appropriate healthcare providers. Your attention to detail, clinical judgment, and commitment to excellence will help support the patient's health, comfort, and overall well-being.

Beyond the clinical responsibilities, you'll also become a trusted and reassuring presence in the patient's daily life, helping create a safe, supportive, and comfortable home environment.

Schedule & Location
This position is based in Huffman, TX and follows a consistent 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM rotating schedule.

Week 1: Tuesday through Thursday

Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Candidates must be available for all scheduled shifts. This consistent schedule provides predictability while allowing you to develop continuity of care and build a strong relationship with your patient.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an LVN with an active Texas license, current CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and at least one year of nursing experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable managing complex clinical needs in the home setting. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
