Consistent Schedule
This position follows a rotating 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule. During Week One, shifts are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. During Week Two, shifts are scheduled on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Applicants must be available to work all scheduled shifts.

Your Impact
As a Private Duty RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the home while implementing physician-ordered plans of care and promoting patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. You will assess patient conditions, monitor for changes in health status, administer treatments and medications, perform specialized nursing procedures, and communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and members of the healthcare team. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play a vital role in helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and experience managing specialized nursing procedures. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, demonstrates excellent critical thinking and communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient-centered care in the home setting.

Required Clinical Experience
Candidates must have hands-on experience performing straight catheterizations, managing enteral feedings, and supporting Baclofen pump therapy. Experience caring for patients with complex medical needs in a home health or private duty setting is highly valued.
