Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Humble, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per month required; no on-call. Day and night shifts available. 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in a 28-bed Emergency Department.

Highlights:

• Emergency Department with 28 beds staffed by experienced nursing teams including charge nurses, RNs, techs, and unit secretaries
• Typical patient ratio of 4:1 supporting manageable and effective care delivery
• EMR system: Meditech
• Common procedures include IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKG, and emergency stabilization
• Collaborative team environment with designated support staff on every shift
• Scrub attire provided: Royal Blue

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or eligibility for licensure
• Acute Emergency Room experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Trauma experience strongly preferred
• Active, personable demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
