About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** August 24, 2026**Location:** Humble, Texas**Compensation:** Competitive rates provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, 4 weekend shifts per month, no on-call required**Highlights:**- Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department with nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1- Utilize Meditech EMR system in a well-staffed environment with dedicated charge nurses, techs, and unit secretaries- Perform critical emergency procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKG- 13-week contract with multiple positions available- Structured shift teams with consistent staffing patterns- Professional dress code provided (royal blue scrubs)**Requirements:**- Active RN license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain)- Minimum 1 year of acute Emergency Room experience required- Trauma experience strongly preferred- Current certifications required: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS- Strong IV skills and proficiency in emergency procedures- Active, personable personality with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**Join a dedicated Emergency Department team committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and structured environment.
