About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license Certifications: - TNCC - PALS - ACLS - BLS Must-Have: - Acute ER Experience Description: The Emergency Department has 28 beds and a staff of 15. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1. Typical staff includes Charge Nurses, RNs, Techs, and a Unit Secretary. The night shift consists of a Charge Nurse, RNs, Techs, and a Unit Secretary. Typical procedures performed include IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs. Candidates should be active and personable. Weekends require working 4 shifts per month, with no on-call requirements. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates with trauma experience will be considered first.
