Position Details

• Position: Direct Hire – HVAC Service Sales Account Executive
• Location: Riverside, CA
• Pay Range: $110K–$150K+ DOE (Base + Commission)
• Other Benefits: Company vehicle, Gas, phone allowance, medical/dental/vision, other Benefits.
• Work Style: Hybrid (Home Office / Field-Based Outside Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales Growth

• Prospect and develop new industrial and commercial HVAC service accounts
• Generate and close preventative maintenance agreements (PMA), service contracts, and repair opportunities
• Identify and develop retrofit and small project opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales, margin, and revenue targets

Account Management

• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, plant engineers, and operations leaders
• Conduct site visits, system evaluations, and equipment assessments
• Provide consultative recommendations to improve efficiency, reliability, and system performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Estimating, Service Managers, Technicians, and Engineering teams
• Assist with scope development, pricing, and proposal creation
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service sales, outside sales, or B2B industrial sales experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, RTUs, boilers, and controls
• Proven success selling preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license required

HVAC, construction, mechanical services, or related technical sales experience required.
