Outside Sales Representative - Law Enforcement Industry

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of B2B sales, outside sales, account management, or territory sales experience who enjoys connecting with people, creating long-term partnerships, and being part of a respected niche industry. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, distributors, and business clients Manage and grow an assigned sales territory Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Follow up on quotes, customer needs, and sales opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Maintain CRM activity, sales reports, and pipeline management Travel within assigned territory as needed What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of outside sales, B2B sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and managing a territory Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building trust Passion for customer service and helping clients succeed Interest in the law enforcement, uniform, tactical, or public safety industry is a plus Ability to travel for client visits and trade shows Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ideal Candidate Traits Friendly and approachable personality Professional and confident communicator Strong multitasking and follow-through skills Positive attitude with a growth mindset Driven, ambitious, and career-focused Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment while being independent in the field Why Join Us?
