DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - COLLEGE OF MEDICINE

Overview Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement, the Development Coordinator is responsible for alumni and donor engagement and stewarding all donors to and alumni of the OU College of Medicine. The coordinator supports the COM Advancement Team through alumni engagement and outreach, data analysis, donor relations and event planning, and assists the executive director with special projects. Responsibilities Engage alumni and donors; steward relationships with donors and alumni of the OU College of Medicine. Support the COM Advancement Team through alumni engagement and outreach, data analysis, donor relations and event planning; assist the executive director with special projects. Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to plan College of Medicine events, including Alumni Day, reunion activities, White Coat/Stethoscope Picnic, regional alumni gatherings, scholarship receptions, OU/TX engagement opportunities, and the Stanton L. Young Master Teacher Dinner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public relations or related field. At least one year of post-collegiate professional experience. Experience in a nonprofit environment, fundraising, customer service, event planning or sales, and familiarity with a CRM (donor database) preferred.
