divh2Territory Manager - Commercial/h2pFully Remote Denver, CO 80202/ph3Overview/h3pSalary Range $50,000.00 - $50,000.00 Base+Commission/year Position Type Full Time Category Sales/ph3Description/h3pREMOTE ROLE: The preferred candidate will reside within Colorado, Utah, or Wyoming./ppInterMetro Industries is seeking a Territory Manager - Commercial for our Sales Department./ppThis role is responsible for the promotion and sale of Metro brand solutions including shelving, carts and storage/transport products within the commercial products market. This includes promoting and selling Metros products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers through an authorized dealer network. This is accomplished by working with established contacts with the goal of developing and growing relationships with them./ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities:/strong/polliSells Metro products in defined commercial product settings./liliMaintains and increases revenues and market share within the assigned territory by developing an effective business plan to penetrate competitive accounts and dealers and drive growth within existing accounts./liliProvides industry leading solutions to customers for their storage and transportation needs./liliActs to meet/exceed customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and building superior relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare at both the facility level and the IDN headquarter level and in commercial products at both the dealer and end-user level./liliPursues ongoing learning and training to understand assigned markets, products and brand positioning to grow revenues./liliDemonstrates competency in the companys products and services by managing the entire sales process, presenting (oral and written) all aspects of the company products, and maintaining working knowledge of existing marketing programs./liliUtilizes strong networking skills to gain access into new accounts./liliResponsible for weekly submission of forecast updates and maintenance in Metros sales management systems./liliArranges and participates in product demonstrations, quoting and proposal delivery and other duties as needed and assigned./liliUtilizes, maintains and grows relationships with distribution partners./liliPossesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code.
