Responsabilidades del Puesto Procesar pedidos de clientes, hacer recomendaciones de productos y manejar consultas de cuentas utilizando tecnología de clase mundial. Responder preguntas sobre productos, precios y envíos de manera rápida y segura. Construir relaciones comerciales con los clientes a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y chat. Comprender las necesidades del cliente y recomendar las mejores soluciones de Uline. Ayudar a los clientes a navegar por el sitio web y el pedido en línea de Uline. Requisitos Mínimos Diploma de secundaria o equivalente. Se prefiere título universitario. Excelentes habilidades de solución de problemas, escucha y comunicación. Se valora la experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, pero si tienes ganas de aprender, te capacitaremos. Bilingüe: inglés/español fluido en ambas formas verbales y escritas.
