Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join a growing team based in Downtown Los Angeles. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month‑end close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations. Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes Analyze financial statements and ensure accuracy of reporting Maintain balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare accruals, prepaid schedules, and fixed asset reconciliations Assist with audit requests and external reporting requirements Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Identify process improvements and help streamline accounting procedures Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operational teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting experience required Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar preferred Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Equal Opportunity Employer Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
