Senior Accountant

Plan2Placement is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in North Hollywood to identify a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in supporting financial operations during an exciting phase of growth. This is a hybrid opportunity offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, and visibility with leadership. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership Support audits and process improvements as the company scales What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred) Advanced Excel skills CPA or CPA-track a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Why This Opportunity Join a stable, growing manufacturing company Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 remote Competitive compensation: $110K–$130K DOE + Bonus High visibility role with room for growth Apply here on LinkedIn or reach out directly to Plan2Placement to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Plan2Placement, Inc
