Our brick and mortar are our people.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our nationwide portfolio of multifamily communities. This role blends hands-on marketing helpdesk support, ownership of new-product onboarding and management, and leadership of cross-functional special projects. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills who thrives on keeping multiple priorities moving at once while delivering accurate, on-brand results for more than 300 communities. Here are some of the perks RAM has to offer:15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on your start date)9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per yearMedical, dental and vision insurance401k with employer matchCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short term and long-term disability after 1 year of serviceResponsibilitiesServe as the front-line resource for property teams submitting marketing helpdesk requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring fast, accurate resolution within SLA.Lead the rollout of new digital marketing tools, platforms, and vendor products across the portfolio, from initial setup and testing through training and ongoing management.Own cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to completion, coordinating with marketing, IT, and property teams to hit deadlines and deliverables.Configure and maintain marketing systems such as RentCafe and Yardi, resolving technical issues as they arise.Assist with marketing content for websites, campaigns, and brand initiatives across the portfolio.Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and Google Ads, and evaluate property marketing for accuracy, effectiveness, and content quality.Present insights, project updates, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.Be part of the team that hosts corporate events such as the annual manager summit, employee appreciation week, Executive retreat, and other ongoing activities that support company culture.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience in digital marketing; multifamily or apartment industry experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe platforms is a plus.Working knowledge or certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics required.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Chatmeter, and/or similar platforms is a bonus.RAM Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
