Pool Caf Chef
Baltimore Country Club is seeking a skilled and energetic Pool Caf Chef to lead culinary operations at our seasonal poolside dining venue. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast paced environment, and enjoys creating fresh, crowd pleasing dishes for Members and Guests throughout the summer season.
Tasks:
- Prepare and execute pool caf menu items including lunch, snacks, and special events
- Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality food standards in a high-volume setting
- Manage daily food prep, inventory, and ordering for the pool caf operation
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding all food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee and support culinary team members working in the pool caf
- Assist with themed events, holiday menus, and poolside service enhancements
Requirements:
- Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience with casual dining, short-order cooking, or high-volume service preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor, seasonal setting
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during peak season
