Line Cook 1 (Full Time) No Weekends No Late Nights Guaranteed 40 Hours Location: Rosemount, MN Pay: $19-21/hour, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday (No weekends, no late nights) If you want a stable, weekday schedule with real work-life balance, this is the role for you. We're hiring a Full-Time Line Cook 1 to join our culinary team in Rosemount, MN Why You'll Love This Job No weekends No late nights Guaranteed 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) Paid holidays off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, plus more Generous benefits Consistent schedule, steady volume, and a supportive kitchen team What You'll Do Maintain speed and consistency during service while keeping presentation on point Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, sauces, dressings, and more) Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation) Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment) Working Conditions Noise Exposure to fumes, odors, dust, and hazards (e.g., extreme temperatures, slippery/uneven surfaces) Physical Requirements Activities: Bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), carry, push, climb, reach, kneel, stoop, walk, stand, climb stairs Physical Demands: Stand, walk, sit, handle/finger, reach outward/above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat/kneel, bend Lift/Carry: 10 lbs or less, 11-20 lbs, 21-50 lbs, 51-100 lbs Push/Pull: 12 lbs or less, 13-25 lbs, 26-40 lbs, 41-100 lbs Other Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfort standing/walking for up to 8 hours YARZIN SELLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
