- 80-bed Inpatient Rehab Hospital
- Neuro focused population - Certified Brain Injury Center and Certified Stroke Center
- See 6 patients per day on average with a 75% productivity standard
- Sign-on bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus
- Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $3,000/yr
- Mentorship Program - New Grads Welcome
- CEU budget and paid Medibridge account
- Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks +
- Work within a large interdisciplinary team of therapists
- Full time permanent position
- Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
