If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring production equipment operates at peak performance by:Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, and facility systemsTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipmentResponding quickly to equipment breakdowns to support productionMaintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and building systemsPerforming general facility maintenance and carpentry projects as neededWorking closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment uptimeCompleting work orders and documenting maintenance activities within the CMMS systemFollowing all company safety procedures and regulatory requirementsAssisting with additional maintenance projects and overtime support when neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDExperience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manualsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience maintaining CNC machinery or automated manufacturing equipmentMulti-craft maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumaticsTechnical school training, apprenticeship, or industry certificationsExperience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Success in This RolePerformance is measured by:Equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Preventive maintenance completionWork order completion and cycle timeMaintenance cost efficiencyAccuracy of CMMS records and asset dataWhy Join Euro-Wall?Competitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time, stable employmentMonday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hoursOpportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipmentCollaborative team environmentCareer growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing companyIf you're a dependable maintenance professional with experience supporting industrial manufacturing equipment, we encourage you to apply today and become part of the Euro-Wall team.Pay RangeUSD $24.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
