Community Relations Specialist

Responsibilities Support NAH participation in community boards, commissions and events by tracking engagement, preparing materials and ensuring follow-up. Assist in planning, logistics and promotion of NAH-sponsored or co-hosted health events, screenings and outreach activities. Staff NAH's presence at community events, including tabling, distributing materials and documenting community feedback. Manage intake and coordination of sponsorship applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines and alignment with NAH priorities. Collect and organize feedback, stories and metrics for reporting and evaluation. Contribute to internal communications that highlight NAH's community involvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, public health, or related field - Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, public affairs, nonprofit engagement or event coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working with diverse stakeholders. Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
