We invite seasoned and entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our team as Senior Healthcare Recruiting Consultants. This role transcends traditional recruitment; it serves as an empowering launchpad. We are committed to enhancing your capabilities by equipping our top recruiters with essential technology, marketing tools, and operational support to maximize impact and elevate your personal brand.

You will spearhead full-cycle placements and cultivate lasting client partnerships, all while enjoying some of the highest commission structures in the industry your success will directly reflect the value you contribute.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake through to closing the deal.
  • Serve as a Client Partner by deeply understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
  • Source Talent Strategically using our proprietary CRM/ATS, as well as leveraging your personal network and our unique communications platform.
  • Utilize Our Platform to efficiently manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain overall organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 23+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
  • A solid comprehension of healthcare or a strong willingness to learn, as we provide valuable coaching
  • Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers
  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training is provided on ours)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations for long-term growth
