We are on the lookout for skilled, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to become part of our team as Senior Healthcare Staffing Consultants. Your Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive searches from initial intake to successful closure.
• Act as a dedicated client partner, grasping their recruitment requirements, challenges, and cultural fit.
• Strategically source candidates utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and tools, including our communications platform.
• Make the most of our platform to track candidates, manage outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on permanent placements that deliver long-term advantages for clients as well as substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in thought leadership as we elevate our collective brands.

• 23+ years of recruiting or consultative sales experience in an agency setting.
• A solid grasp of healthcare or a willingness to learn, as we're here to provide guidance.
• Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building something lasting.
