Project Manager/EstimatorKE&G Construction, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator across multiple divisions, including Infrastructure, Utilities, Job Order Contracts (JOC), and Site Development. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact—on projects, people, and their own career.What You'll Be Doing:Project Estimator Duties (Include but are not limited to):Innovative and Creative Approach to Building ProjectsRisk analysisPrepare and submit estimates in compliance with contract documentsComplete understanding of the plans, specs, and scope of workMentor and supervise Project Engineers/Assistant Estimators with:RFP's to subs and vendorsCoordinate Quantity Take-OffsSubcontractor and Vendor quotes reviewPrepare and attend project hand-off meetingProject Manager Duties (Include but are not limited to):Manage Project - Team Support - Assist All (KE&G, Subs, Owners, Etc.)Attend project meetingsDiscuss safety, quality, schedule, and productivity with the TeamJob cost tracking & monthly forecastPrepare and submit pay applicationFinalize unresolved issuesMentor and supervise Project Engineers with:Review Sub Pay AppsPrepare and submit change ordersRFI'sProject Closeout documents required by owner & KE&GAll other duties assigned. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.RequirementsInfrastructure: Highways, roadways, and bridges, underground utilities, earthwork, concrete, and paving.Utilities: Wastewater treatment plants, booster treatment plants, water treatment plants, and reservoir rehabilitationJob Order Contracts (JOC): Experience with JOC projects preferredDevelopment: Site development and related infrastructure workExperience with asphalt is a plusDemonstrated longevity in previous rolesPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentRegularly required to sit, use hands, talk/hear, and operate computers.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.Work both in office and field environments; outdoors in varied weather conditions.Exposure to dust, machinery, noise, uneven terrain, and site-related conditions.Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.Why KE&G?
