Tucson Asphalt Contractors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in supporting project managers, estimators, field crews, customers, municipalities, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Administrator serves as a central point of coordination for project setup, documentation, customer communication, permitting, compliance requirements, cost tracking, invoicing, and project closeout activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
