Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana School Psychologist License (required)
- Experience providing psychological services in educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff across diverse backgrounds
- Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
- Develop and recommend interventions to support academic and behavioral success
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for IEP and eligibility meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Help create safe, supportive, and inclusive school environments
