Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Indiana School Psychologist License
- Experience working with a diverse student population, ideally across all grade levels (Pre-K – 12)
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
- Adaptable and organized with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver consultation and direct support to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student development and behavioral strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
