On top of a competitive base salary, we offer a generous commission structure that rewards both new business production and existing account renewals. Our compensation model is designed to support long-term growth, allowing producers to build recurring income while continuing to expand their book of business. First Year producers make on average $60,000 with base and commission. Top Producers can make more than $100,000 within a couple years.
