The Barista is a key operational and service leader responsible for delivering an elevated caf experience for all tenants and guests. This role goes beyond beverage preparation--serving as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, inventory management, and product innovation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to lead by example in both service and execution.

This role is integral to upholding the service standards of the property while ensuring the caf is fully stocked, efficient, and aligned with tenant preferences.

Job Summary:

The part-time barista for the Sky Lounge will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the caf and providing high-quality beverages, food service, and a welcoming experience for building tenants and their guests. This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the lounge during scheduled shifts. Joining a small team of bartenders and amenity attendants, they will represent the face of the caf program and have opportunities for creativity and tenant connection.

Responsibilities:

• Beverage and food preparation
• Customer service and tenant connection
• Inventory management and stock intake
• Caf operations
• Cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience as a barista
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift boxes, light furniture, and kegs
• Up to date Food Handler's License
• TABC preferred but not required
• Availability for Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
