Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support banking customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service-related requests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic banking knowledge, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with banking policies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous customer service or call center experience required.
Banking or financial services experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking products, account services, and financial transactions.
Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
