Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR IN CHANNAHON, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor to join our team in Channahon, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for material handling, yard maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently, willingness to perform heavy manual labor, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Starting at $18/hour

7AM-3:30PM temp to hire
Located in Channahon, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

Material Handling: Load and unload equipment components, formwork, and girder parts
Yard Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, sweep debris, and dispose of waste materials
Production Support: Transport tools and raw materials to assist welders, fabricators, and shop crews

Requirements and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently during an 8-hour shift
Environment: Willingness to perform heavy manual labor primarily outdoors and in an active yard setting
Safety Focus: Strict adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience: Frequently entry-level with no prior experience required; on-the-job training is typically provided
