Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist, with credentials valid for Minnesota
- Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Flexibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for working in dynamic school settings
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students requiring OT services, focusing on academic and functional needs
- Deliver therapy sessions (individual and group), incorporating best practices for student engagement and development
- Work closely with teachers, aides, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Contribute to IEP meetings, offering clear input and advocating for the needs of your students
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal requirements
