Senior Analytics Engineer

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 base + equity About the Role This role is for builders who think in systems not dashboards. You’ll define and own the core data layer that represents how the business actually operates. That means modeling real-world domains into structured, reusable systems that power decision-making, workflows, and internal applications across the company. This is closer to data product engineering than traditional analytics. You’ll work across domains, partner directly with leadership, and turn messy operational reality into clean, scalable data models that others build on top of.
